Find My is Apple's global locator network, built into every iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When your locator is nearby or passes another Apple device, its location updates automatically. The entire process is anonymous and encrypted to protect your privacy.

This Essentials product is covered by our 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect within this period, we will replace it at no cost. This warranty covers replacement only and does not include refunds. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage beyond stated resistance, or normal battery wear.

No — this device is designed exclusively for Apple's Find My network and requires an iPhone, iPad, or Mac running iOS 14.5 or later. It is not compatible with Android devices.
No separate app is required. The locator pairs directly with the built-in Find My app already installed on your Apple device — there's nothing extra to download.
Within Bluetooth range (roughly 30-40 meters / 100-130 feet), you can trigger a sound to find it nearby. Outside that range, the Find My network uses other nearby Apple devices to anonymously update its last known location on the map.
No charging required. The locator uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery that typically lasts up to a year, depending on usage.
