    Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • What if my item is defective or damaged?

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

  • What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period?

    If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

  • Can I return sale items or gift cards?

    We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure Stripe checkout for most products. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay where available. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Can I pay with a credit card for all products?

Most of our products can be purchased securely with major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For products not available through Stripe, alternate payment methods will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes — we offer installment payments through Affirm on eligible items. Some higher-value or special-order products may require Secure Stripe Checkout instead, which may not support installments. If Affirm is available for your order, you’ll see the option displayed automatically at checkout.

Are all items eligible for Wintek-Eggs Rewards?

Most products are Rewards eligible when purchased through our standard checkout (Shop Pay or card checkout). Orders completed using Stripe Checkout may not automatically apply or earn Wintek-Eggs yet, as this system is currently being updated. If you make a purchase through Stripe and don’t see your points, just contact support — we’ll manually add your Rewards for you.
