Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all items are eligible for free 30-day returns. This means you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, at no cost to you.
Note: Return exceptions may apply on a per-product basis.

To start a return, simply email us at support@swtek.io with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll email you:
A prepaid return shipping label (if eligible)
Clear instructions for returning the item
To be eligible, your item must:
Be in new and unused condition
Include all original packaging and tags
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Some products may have special return terms, including:
Customer-paid return shipping
Shorter return windows
Final sale / non-returnable
These exceptions will be clearly displayed on the product page under the “Return Policy” section.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
Custom-made or personalized products

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Digital gift cards
Final sale items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@swtek.io . We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund.
Need a different item? We recommend completing a return first and then placing a new order. This ensures faster processing and real-time stock availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
