Orders placed on weekdays (Monday - Friday) between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM ET are processed the same day and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the supplier. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all products to the U.S. and Canada. While all products are available for delivery to these regions, we recommend checking the product page for specific shipping availability and estimated delivery times before placing your order.

(There are no import duties or hidden fees on orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada.)

Important: Some products may not be available for delivery to Hawaii. If you are located in Hawaii and interested in a specific product, please contact our support team or use the chat feature. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm availability.

Delivery

Depending on the product, you may have the option to select a warehouse location from which your item will be shipped. If available, this option will be displayed on the product page.

For the fastest delivery, we recommend selecting a warehouse within your region or a location optimized for shipping to your address.

  • Canada: 9-20 days

Express Delivery Service

Express+ Delivery (New)

Some products that are sourced domestically in the U.S. are only available to U.S. customers. These items are included in our Express+ Delivery Collection, which is even faster than our regular Express Service. These items typically arrive in 2-5 days and are marked on the product page for easy identification.
